After my brother’s passing in March, 2020 I was named the Independent

Administrator or Executor of his estate consisting of property and house in Mt.

Prospect, Illinois.

After receiving literally hundreds of phone calls, letters and postcards from

people wanting to list the property, I finally decided to interview a few of the

people. John King came to the forefront.

I have worked with John for over a year as I am located in Florida and the estate is

in Illinois. Due to the Covid situation, I finally was able to get to Chicago and meet

with John and decided to hire him. He not only listed the property but got us the

Dear Prospective Customer, 

My father passed away and because there was no legal will in place, I was required to go through probate to obtain Letters of Office. in order to proceed with any estate transactions.

Once that was completed the house could be cleaned out. As we were not able to manage house repairs, etc., due to being located out-of-state, it was determined that the house would have to be sold "AS IS".
